Investylia Plc was first registered in Cyprus as a private limited company on 17th December 1977 reg. No. 10380.


On 28th January 2000 the company was registered as a public company with a nominal capital of £30.030.000 divided into 60.000.000 Ordinary shares of nominal value £0,50 each and 60.000 Founders' shares of nominal value £0,50 each.

On first registration as a public company the issued and fully paid up capital of the Company was 12.045.008 Ordinary shares and 30.000 Founders' shares of nominal value £0,50 each.
On 17th February 2005 the paid-up capital of the Company was reduced to 9.500.000 Ordinary shares and 30.000 Founder's shares of nominal value £0,50 each.

The company is the holding company of a group of companies spanning a wide variety of industrial and commercial activities.
